7th Science - Worked through information about science fair projects since we will not have science on Wednesday.  Review of Heredity and how it happens through mitosis and meiosis.

8th Science - Assessment over Newton's Third Law and other concepts related to force.

7th Religion - Pretest over Matthew 3.  Discussion questions due Thursday (11/14).

1. What ‘good fruit’ (Matthew 3:10) do you produce?
2. What do you think Jesus meant when he said to John the

Baptist, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.”? (3:15)

3. Why do you think that the Father said what He did at Jesus’ Baptism?  How do you think Jesus felt about this being said of Him?  What if this was said of you?

1. Who did God speak to in a dream in Matthew 2?  Do you think that God still speaks to people in dreams?
2. Jesus’ 3 fold office is as prophet, priest, and king.  Which do you see Jesus as most; which title fits Jesus the best, in your opinion?
3. It was not fair that so many baby boys died when Herod got jealous.  Why do you think God allows such terrible things to happen (i.e. the Holocaust, 9/11, etc.)?
