8th Science - We reviewed chemical and physical changes in class and roasted marshmallows to demonstrate different changes that were occurring.

7th Religion - Discussion questions 1-3 for Gideon - Men of the Bible, page 127

7th Science - We set up an osmosis lab with potato pieces today.  We will check for differences on Thursday.

Food Science - Wrapped up our time with the Dr. X video on food safety.

• What are all the ways that our cells function?
• What are all the parts of our cells?

8th Science - completing our work with density in class as we discover different properties of matter

7th Religion - Quiz today over Esther.  Next week we will learn about Gideon, and our memory due Monday is 

• Judges 6:39-40
• Deuteronomy 30:2-3

• What parts make up our cells, the pieces inside the cell?
• What are all the things that our cell does?

8th Science - We looked at the mass and weight of some objects, and the difference between physical and chemical changes.

7th Religion - We discussed the questions for Esther - quiz tomorrow.

Food Science - We watched a video about food safety.

7th Science - We continued research about cells, and want to focus on two questions:

• What are all the parts of our cell?
• What are all the things that our cell does?

8th Science - We worked on the densities of four mystery samples in class today

7th Religion - Discussion questions #'s 4-6 on Esther are due Thursday (9/5)
